Brett is the founder and principal of F3 Group Inc., an execution-first consulting firm built on a simple premise: the best advice comes from people who've actually done the work. With over two decades of experience spanning small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, Brett has served as both an owner and a driver of results — not just an advisor watching from the sidelines.
His career has taken him across manufacturing, durable goods, distribution, and field operations, working alongside brands like Moen, Blackstone, Geberit, and Eddie Bauer. He has led both direct sales teams and independent representative organizations, built estimating and quoting systems that compress bid cycles from weeks to minutes, and designed repeatable sales processes that don't depend on talent or charisma to scale.
Brett founded F3 Group because he kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable business owners and operators drowning in complexity that didn't need to exist. Processes built on tribal knowledge. Sales cycles that stalled because no one owned the follow-through. Operations that grew in headcount instead of efficiency. He built F3 to fix exactly that — to bring the shovel, not the slide deck.
